Boxing Exhibitions/Competitions o Sponsorship of events throughout the year that provide amateur boxers with a venue to showcasetheir skills and improve their competitive abilities. o These events offer local fans and volunteers with the opportunity to see some of Canada’s and the world’s best amateur and professional boxers. o Hosted the Canadian Senior Boxing Championships, the first-ever All Female International Boxing Card,Finland VS Canada and assisted Sault Ste. Marie in hosting the 2000 Ontario Winter Games. o Sudbury is establishing itself as a centre for boxing activity throughout Northern Ontario and Canada. o We have taken our programs to the national and international market.
