Gymzone Gymnastics Programs

Learning through movement in gymnastics is a means through which a child gains self-confidence by improved individual physical ability and awareness. By giving children this developmental advantage, they are better prepared for any physical activity and will be more likely to participate.

• Magical Movers: ages 18 to 36 months
• Parents & Tots: ages 3 years
• Kindermovers: ages 4-5 years
• Movers & Shakers: ages 6 and up (separate boys and girl classes)
• Trampoline: ages 6 and up

Specialty Day Camp Programs

• Trix Programs: Extreme, Dancers & Skaters, Circus
• Adventures Summer Day Camp
• Toddler Program (age 3 years)
• Magical Movers Summer Program (18 months to 3 years)

Dance Programs

Gymzone's dance classes are high energy with concentration on freedom of movement and learning rhythm in a creative setting!

• Rhythm and Clap: ages 4 to 6 years
  Beginning with the basics of ballet and jazz with funky freestyle
• Express Yourself: ages 7-9 years
  Expression of jazz with the floor rockin moves of hip hop
• Jazzy Hip Hop: ages 10 and up
  High energy rush with funky and modern dance based on streetdancing

Adult Programs

What an opportunity to take some time for yourself while the children are having fun! A drop in program is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Get fit and be healthy with one of our adult classes, available in:
