The Playing Field

There was a time when the Sudbury Region was a location of choice for world class sporting events, and it was home to several high profile athletes in a variety of sports.  Greater Sudbury can and will have that reputation once more!

What We Do

It is SportLink’s mission to utilize sport as a means for economic and community development by advocating communication and cooperation within our community, facilitating events, leadership and educational opportunities.

As a community resource, SportLink provides:

  • Sport related training
  • Guidance and mentorship to our membership
  • Support to local and regional sporting events
  • Quality sporting opportunities to the City of Greater Sudbury
  • A central contact for Provincial and National sport related organizations

The 2012 Northern Ontario Curling Association Wheelchair Curling Championships will be held January 27th-29th 2012 at the Sudbury Curling Club.
