Sudbury Synchro offers girls age 5 and up an opportunity to become involved in the unique sport of synchronized swimming.  We offer recreational, precompetitive and competitive streams. The Club focuses on building Synchro skills and strength in the water as well as fun and friendship out of the pool.  For a free Try Synchro session, feel free to contact us!

Facility Use

We swim at Laurentian University's Olympic Gold Pool.  Swimmers swim one or more days during the week:

• Tuesday - 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
• Thursday - 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
• Friday - 6:00pm to 8:00pm
• Sunday - 7:00am to 10:30am
